Our new Canadian Bacon is the perfect addition to any breakfast, a delicious sandwich meat, or a high protein afternoon snack! Made from the boneless loin of our pastured pigs, it is quick cured and smoked to perfection and resembles a tender piece of ham. Fry it up in a pan and enjoy!
No MSG, and nitrate/nitrite free (except those naturally occurring in celery powder)!
Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
