Our Baby Back Ribs are ready to be slow smoked on a BBQ or thrown in a crock pot then flash grilled or broiled for that perfect crisp on the outside and fall-off-the-bone tender meat on the inside. Baby Backs yield a more tender meat than Spare Ribs as they are cut from the upper rib near the loin.
