Our thin cut bone-in pork chops are juicy and full of flavor. They are sold in packages of two chops and range from about 3/4 to 1.5 pounds per package.
Rotated through fresh pastures and shady woods, our pigs enjoy a diet of fresh grasses and plants, acorns and other nuts, seeds, roots and bugs. They are also supplemented with a non GMO grain ration. Sunshine, fresh air, and the freedom to root and run – these pigs are living it up on our farm!
